Three Looks for New Year’s Eve

Can you believe it?! It’s already New Year’s week! At midnight this Thursday, we’ll be celebrating the start of a new year with our loved ones. Whether you plan on going out or having a quiet champagne toast at home, New Year’s Eve is the perfect excuse to dress up. That being said, here are three of my favorite looks for New Year’s Eve 2015.

  1. Classic LBD: No matter the occasion, you can’t go wrong with a little black dress. It’s the perfect foundation for a night on the town! Try wearing it with a contrasting blazer and heels for a pop of color. I love black and gold together!

  2. Shiny Sequins: If you ask me, New Year’s requires slightly more formal attire than other occasions. After all, you want to look your best when you celebrate the new year. If you’re taking in a concert or going out for a nice dinner—get fancy! Take some extra time with your makeup—try bold lipstick and eyeliner. (What better time is there to try a cat-eye?) Then, wear something that really sparkles, like a dress or skirt covered in sequins. I guarantee it’ll make you want to dance the night away!

  3. Rompers and Jumpsuits: Last year, I wore a jumpsuit instead of a dress for New Year’s Eve because it was cold and windy. I loved it! Rompers and jumpsuits are super comfortable and they look great with some statement jewelry and a cute pair of pumps.
